AVOCET LODGE can be yours to own and use whenever you like. Spend the whole summer by the sea or come for a restful out of season break when it is quieter. Or both...you can spend 46 weeks of the year here. 

Alternatively you can make the lodge work for you by letting it out when you are not using it. This way you can pay the pitch fee from the rentals and use your lodge free of charge for the rest of the time. 

A third option is to let the lodge out full time and make an income from it. This is less fun as you don't get to use it for yourself, however you could still make money and use it for a few weeks of the year especially out of season. 

All rentals are done through the park using Hoseasons. You pay commission on your rental income and the park also offer a cleaning and laundry service for changeovers, or you can arrange this yourself.
